Dual Enrollment
The Dual Credit program at NCTC provides an opportunity for eligible juniors and senior high school students to enroll in college-level courses AND earn both college credit and high school credit simultaneously—by taking NCTC classes at any NCTC campus and/or at their high schools and/or online.

Amy Klohn, NCTC representative, will be available to visit with students about this opportunity during lunch on Wednesday, May 14th.  In addition, she will be conducting a dual credit application session for those who have already registered for 2008/2009 dual credit courses.  This will be held at 1:15 in Room 2150. If you attend this session, you can avoid the enrollment process at NCTC.  Those who have already enrolled in these courses will be receiving information and a pass from the counseling office.   If you did not select a dual credit course for next year, please see your counselor for more information and to attend this session.  This session is also available to students that want to take NCTC courses during the summer.  Both students and parents are welcome to attend this session and to meet with Amy.

Enrollment Forms for School Year 2008/2009
All students must turn in enrollment forms for the '08/09 school year.  These forms were handed out with the '08/09 course selection forms in March.  Many of the forms were not returned, which may jeopardize your student's ability to receive his/her '08/09 schedule.  Please check with your student to be sure the form was turned in, or you may call the Registrar's office at 469-948-3463 or 469-948-3531 to see if your student's enrollment form is on file.

Enrollment Form - please print off both pages, complete, and return as soon as possible to the Registrar's office.  Thank you!

2008-2009 Registration Information
The 2008-2009 Registration process is complete. You received a course request validation on May 7th to verify that your course requests are accurate. You also received a schedule change form and will have until May 12th to change your schedule.  Look for your name on the lists outside of the library or upstairs.  You will report to that room at the end of 2nd period.  Next year, a NEW SCHEDULE CHANGE POLICY will be implemented.  After that, there will be absolutely NO schedule changes. It is imperative that you utilize this site, read the course description guide, talk to teachers & coaches and ask questions prior to changing your course requests by June 5th.

E-Online Courses - If you selected any of the online courses (Health, Economics, US Government) on your registration card, you must complete the online registration process to take the courses.

The process:
1. Complete the online participation contract. Return to your counselor asap!
2. Take the online participation quiz.
3. Attend the appropriate orientation session.
