loose-leaf notebook paper (NOT spiral)
blue or black pen
#2 pencil with good eraser
red pen
highlighters: yellow, pink, green, blue
3x5 AND 4x6 white lined index cards
solid color folder with pockets

pair of scissors
one ream of copy/printer paper
markers or colored pencils

transparent tape
