Guidelines for posting information to this site:

Prior to posting any student's name, picture, art, written work, voice, verbal statements or portraits (video or still) on any web page in any format, we must receive and have on file a signed waiver form from their parents or guardians. This form should have been signed at the beginning of the school year.

We cannot publish personal student information such as addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses.

Sponsors are responsible for obtaining all required student waiver and copyright consent forms prior to posting requests.

We try to include as much information on all clubs and activities, athletic teams and fine arts as possible. However, the club sponsor, coach or director should email the FMHS webmaster for any additional information they want to have posted or if information has not been updated or added.

Some activities have their own separate web sites. With the sponsor's approval, we are willing to make a link to these sites or any other site that would be educational. We do not link to student written pages. The link should come up in a separate window. Such sites are not bound by the Lewisville ISD web policies. If someone takes exception to a site that we have linked to, they should email the FMHS webmaster.
