FAFSA/TASFA

Students enrolled in 12th grade must do one of the following to graduate:

1. Complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA): https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa

2. Complete and submit a Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA): https://reportcenter.highered.texas.gov/agency-publication/blank-forms-templates/texas-application-for-state-financial-aid-2023-24/

3. Submit a signed opt-out form –

• If you would like to opt-out of completing the FAFSA or TASFA for your senior, you can find the Opt-Out form in Skyward Family Access under Online Forms.
• WITH PARENT PERMISSION, THE COUNSELOR CAN COMPLETE THE OPT-OUT FORM IN SKYWARD FOR YOU!

****Submitting a Financial Aid Application Opt-Out Form does NOT prohibit a student from completing and submitting a financial aid application at any time in the future.****
